Viewing Aggregate Reports
Aggregate reports provide a consolidated view of the subscriber and device inventory managed by Device Manager. These reports summarize key device and subscriber attributes, enabling administrators to analyze device distribution, firmware adoption, network interface usage, and Quality of Experience (QoE) across the managed environment.

The built-in Aggregate reports are system-defined reports and cannot be modified or deleted. Their report definitions and aggregation criteria are managed by Device Manager.
Although these reports cannot be customized, administrators can export report results in CSV format. The exported CSV files can be opened and further analyzed using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications that support CSV files.
Running an Aggregate Report
- From the Reports tab, select Aggregate Reports in the left navigation bar.
- From the Available Reports drop-down list, choose a report.
- View the report results on your screen.
- To export the results, select Save as JSON* or Save As CSV.
The Save as JSON option is displayed in Device Manager v10.3.0.0 or later.
Do not use comma in any reportable field. Using comma will format the exported CSV file incorrectly.
