Small/Medium Business Subscriber Features

To better manage subscribers that will benefit from lightweight business networking tools, Device Manager has a suite of special features to facilitate this. Many of these features enable subscriber self-care with access to this expanded feature set via their cloud-based, Device Manager Control Panel. See the list of Related Articles below for more info.

To enable these features for Small/Medium Business (SMB) customers use the following steps.

  1. Search for the subscriber from the Customer Support page and open the customer account record.
  2. From the left navigation bar, expand the Device Management drop-down list and select Subscriber Information.
  3. In the center pane, scroll down to the panel named, Small/Medium Business Information and check the Enable Business Subscriber checkbox.

Device Management > Subscriber Information > Small/Medium Business Information

  1. If the subscriber wishes to customize the look of the banner / title bar of their Control Panel view, they can do so by adding a URL that points to an image file of their company logo in the Business Subscriber Logo URL field. This step is optional.
